DescriptionBelmont Park redevelopment comprises the land that falls outside of the race track and the grandstand and totals approximately 35ha. The total site allows for 4,500 apartments, 60,000m2 of commercial office and 36,000m2 of retail. The stage 1 TOD comprises of 1,500 apartments, 20,000m2 of commercial and 5,000m2 of retail space.

ScopeDMG has been responsible for the master planning and DAP for the Stage 1 TOD. Civil infrastructure is currently being designed with a view to lodge a DA for two residential towers in late 2018.
